EQUIP Classes

EQUIP is a time for the Church to be equipped for the work of the ministry. Each Sunday night from 5:30pm-6:30pm we will be offering various Bible Studies on different topics and life stages. There are also groups for our Students, Kids, and Nursery.

Beginning in September we will be Offering These Bible Studies:

GriefShare- Each week GriefShare group begins with a 30 minute video featuring respected experts on grief-related topics and helpful stories from people who have experienced loss. The class will meet in the Office Building in Room 101 and will be led by Doris Bush.

Worship Matters- Nothing is more essential than knowing how to worship the God who created us. This book focuses readers on the essentials of God-honoring worship, combining Biblical foundations with practical application in a way that works in the real world. This class will meet in the Social Hall and will be taught by our Worship Pastor, Scott Gillespie.

Parenting- In this life-giving book, Paul Tripp offers parents much more than a to-do list. Instead, he presents us with a big-picture view of God’s plan for us as parents. Outlining fourteen foundational principles centered on the gospel, he shows that we need more than the latest parenting strategy or list of techniques. Rather, we need the rescuing grace of God- grace that has the power to shape how we view everything we do as parents. This class will meet in the Office Building in the Conference Room and will be taught by our Senior Pastor, Dr. Jeff Black.
