Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..."
Matthew 19:14
Five Forks Kids Ministry exists to come alongside parents in the disciple-making process of the next generation through Biblical teaching, care and love. Our desire is to see every child come to have a personal relationship with Jesus. We are committed to encouraging and partnering with parents to teach and model the gospel, and to train up their children for the glory of Christ.
Sunday School
9:30am-10:15am
Sunday School takes place in our Children’s Wing on Sunday mornings. The children are broken up into age appropriate classes: K3-K4, Kindergarten-2nd Grade and 3rd-5th Grade. We use Lifeway’s, Gospel Project to study through the Bible to see the Gospel woven in each story from Genesis to Revelation.
Kid’s Church
10:30am-11:30am
Kid's Church is offered to all children Kindergarten through 5th Grade. The children will start in the sanctuary with their parents and will be dismissed to the Children’s Wing before the sermon starts. We have a time of prayer, Bible Study and Biblical application. It is important for children to learn Biblical truth and to have a foundation that is rooted in Christ Our Goa; in Kid’s church is for the kids to have a love of studying God’s Word and to share that with others!
Sunday Night
Kids On Mission
5:30pm-6:30pm
On Sunday evenings we gather in the Kid’s Wing for Kids On Mission. Kids On Mission is designed to help both younger and older children have missions experiences that lay a foundation for coming to faith in Christ as Savior and make missions an important part of their daily lives. We learn all about what God is doing around the world and in our community and how we are called to be a part of it!
MidWeek
The Biggest Story
6:30pm-7:30pm
On Wednesday Nights Kindergarten through 5th Graders meet on the Kid’s Wing to have a time of Bible Study together. The main Goal; of Wednesday Night is Discipleship and for our kids to become more like Jesus. We do this by studying through the Bible, understanding the power of prayer, learning about missions, and empowering the kids to share the Gospel with everyone around them. We use Crossway’s: The Biggest Story Curriculum.
