AWANA KIDS MINISTRY
Kindergarten through 8th grade
AWANA is a high energy children’s ministry that blends Bible teaching, scripture memorization and tons of fun together to impact children and families with the gospel.
Our AWANA club meets each Sunday night during the school year from 5:30 to 6:45pm. Each week children from Kindergarten through 8th grade participate in fun activities that help build trust in God and teach them about Christian values, faith, and service all in a safe and Christ-centered environment.
Our team of caring volunteers will guide your children through each evening activity and will encourage them in Biblical character training, scripture memorization, and good sportsmanship. Classes are appropriately divided by age to best suit the needs of each child. This fun, and interactive Bible study is one of the country’s most popular approaches to teaching kids the foundations of the Christian faith. Every evening includes games, devotion, and Bible memory and during the year the kids learn about missions around the world as well as participating in local missions.
“Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15
We offer AWANA programs for several ages
Sparks ignites the curiosity of early elementary age kids(K5 through 2nd grade) to learn about the people and events of the Bible, building a foundation of wisdom for knowing Christ.
Truth in Training (T&T) engages 3rd through 5th graders by answering their questions about God and the Bible, guiding them through this pivotal life stage to grow in Christ’s grace.
Trek continues to challenge the middle schooler in personal Bible study. They learn how to carry on their own personal devotions and how to encourage and hold each other accountable.
